Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Combine melted butter and sour cream. Measure self-rising flour into a large bowl. Combine butter and sour cream with flour, stirring to mix thoroughly. Fill ungreased mini-muffin pan with heaping tbsps of batter. Bake 15 minutes. Cool biscuits for 3 minutes before removing from pan.
