Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb fresh string beans
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves (optional)
- 14 oz (1 can) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent.
Add all ingredients
Simmer 1 hour.
