Ingredients
- 4 15-ounce cans Great Northern beans, red or white kidney
- beans, black beans, and/or butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup diced cooked ham or Canadian-style bacon
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker combine all ingredients.
Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
