Noodles Romanoff

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. snipped chives
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup more Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the noodles as directed on package. While noodles cook, stir together the sour cream, 1/4 cup Parmesan, chives, salt, pepper and garlic. Drain noodles and return to saucepan.

Stir in the butter; fold in the sour-cream mixture. Arrange on a warm platter and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
