Ingredients

  • 6

    hot dogs, cut into 1" pieces

  • 1

    small onion, chopped

  • ½

    green pepper, diced

  • 2

    cups minute rice

  • ¼

    cup butter or margarine

  • 2

    cups hot water

  • 2-8

    ounce or 1-15 ounce can(s) tomato sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute first 4 ingredients in butter until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
