Ingredients
- 6 hot dogs, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 cups minute rice
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups hot water
- 2-8 ounce or 1-15 ounce can(s) tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Saute first 4 ingredients in butter until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
