Easy Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 20 drops lemon essential oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/2 cup sugar or powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Add cake mix, 2 eggs, oil and 15 drops of lemon oil to a mixing bowl
Mix (Will make a dough like substance)
Form balls about 1/2 inch in diameter
Add 5 drops of lemon and 1/2 cup sugar to a separate bowl and mix
Roll balls into sugar mixture
Place on a greased pan and bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
