cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
teaspoon vegetable oil
Combine crumbs and cheese in shallow dish. Dip chops in egg and coat with crumb mixture. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, turning once until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer. If chops are thick, turn heat to low and cover until done.
