Chinese Beef and Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chuck, cut in thin strips (or meat cut of your choice)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup green and/or red pepper strips
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1 1/2 cup beef bouillon

Step 1
Saute beef, onion and garlic in oil until meat is browned. Add ginger, green pepper, bouillon and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
