Mexican Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons green onions
  • Finely chopped cilantro (just a dash sprinkled over top of each egg)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil eggs and cool. Peel and cut in half lengthwise, carefully removing the yolks.

Put yolks in mixing bowl and add sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

Mix in all other ingredients, except cilantro. Put yolk filling in egg halves.

Sprinkle cilantro over each egg for garnish.
