  • 1 pound Walnuts or Pecans
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Dash of salt

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg; mixing thoroughly. Add walnuts (or pecans) and coat thoroughly with mixture.
Spread nuts in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes rotating baking sheet once half way through baking.
Remove baking sheet from oven and stir nuts around gently with a wooden spoon. Return to oven and bake an additional 2 minutes.
Remove baking sheet from oven. Let nuts cool for 30 minutes, then remove from baking sheet and store in a air-tight container.
