Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 pounds whitefish fillets,
- cut in serving pieces
- Salt an pepper
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a 1 cup glass measuring cup in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High).
Arrange fish skin-side-down in a 8 inch square or a 2-quart glass baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 3 to 4 minutes at High, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Hint: Other fish fillets such as halibut, haddock and flounder can be cooked using these directions.
