Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tea. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tea. salt
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 chops thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 6 Tbsp. hot fudge sundae topping
  • Additional whipped topping, fudge topping and
  • chopped pecans for serving

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, cinnamon and salt until smooth. Add pumpkin; whisk until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until set, about 2 hour.

To serve, place 1 Tbsp.fudge topping in bottom of each serving glass. Top each with about 1/2 cup pumpkin mixture.

If desered, garnish with additional whipped topping, fudge topping and chopped pecans.
