COPPER CARROTS

Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked firm carrots
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the last 7 ingredients in a blender. Pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
