Ingredients
- 3-3/2 lbs. chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 8-10 Frozen Pearl Onions
- 1 lb. Frozen Pearl Onions
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Grated Process Type Cheese
- 3/4 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Dip chicken in flour. Place skin side down in melted butter in 2qt. shallow baking dish. Bake uncovered in hot 425 oven for 30 min. Turn chicken bake for 15 - 20 min. Pour off fat. Add onions and mushroom. Mix soup, cheese, salt, pepper and pur over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 325 15 - 20 min.
