Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped chives

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. place
in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and heat for 20 minutes, or until hot. Remove cover,
top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve with assorted vegetables, crackers, and chips.
