COKE SALAD

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 large jar maraschino cherries (chopped)
• 1- 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
• 1 small package cherry jello
• 1 small package strawberry jello
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 12 oz. can Coke

Preparation

Step 1

Drain juice from pineapple and cherries, add enough water to make 2 cups. Heat juice mixture to boiling. Remove from heat and add jello. Stir until dissolved, add cream cheese. Let stand until melted (about 20 minutes). Add cherries, pineapple, nuts and Coke. Refrigerate.
