  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 tbls. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Sift Flour, sugar and salt directly into an ungreased pie pan.

Combine 1/2 cup oil and milk in a measuring cup. Whip with a fork until cloudy.

Pour over flour mixture and mix with a fork until flour is blended.

With hands, press into shape. Prick and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
