Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 3/4 pound scallop
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 white pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk or more if needed
  • 6 oz ahredded swiss cheese
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Make the sauce by melting the butter and mixing in the flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add the milk and lemon juice. Then mix in shrimp and scallops. Mix well together and transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with swiss cheese and bread crumbs. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 400. Broiler for a minute to brown at the end.
