Ingredients
- 1 pound caramels
- 4 tablespoons milk or cream
- 2 cups pecans -- chopped and toasted
- 1 pound milk chocolate
- Wax paper
- Butter or Pam
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the caramels and milk in a double boiler over low heat; stir in pecans.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased wax paper. Chill
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Remove from heat; dip caramel patties into chocolate, and place on wax paper. Chill.
