Super Simple Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. small red new potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch with Bacon
  • Paprika / Black Pepper / Chives

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil new potatoes (Suggestion: Cut potatoes into chunks, then boil until softened - but not mushy)
2. Cool.
3. Mix remaining ingredients.
4. Pour over cooled potatoes and mix.
5. Garnish with chives - optional.

NOTE: I have used Russet Potatoes with this recipe and it is just as good. I do not peel the potatoes, however, that is your choice.
