Carey, you can make a rough version of your own coconut butter. Just run shredded or flaked unsweetened coconut through your food processor.

You can try making these with cream cheese instead of coconut butter, but you will need to add more sweetener to mask the tartness of the cream cheese. Not 100% sure it will work though.
I’m too lazy to make truffles… Would this work pressed into a square pan? Like peanut butter squares?
You can find it at most health food stores with the nut butters. You can also make it yourself for cheaper.
