Ingredients
- 1 lb hot italian sausage, casings removed
- 2-1/2 cups baking mix (eg Bisquick)
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the sausage meat, baking mix and cheese. Use your hands to completely mix until well blended
