Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Arrange in lightly greased 9 x 13 in. baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Mix soup and wine in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until tender.
