Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red wine (or red wine vinegar)
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a screw-on lid. Tighten lid and shake vigorously for 1 minute before serving.
