Cheddar & Roasted Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 5 cups all-purpose baking mix OR buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural GoodnessTM or Certified Organic)
  • 2 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oven to 450°F.

Stir the baking mix, cheese, broth and garlic in a medium bowl with a fork to form a soft dough. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto 2 ungreased baking sheets, making 24.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden. Serve hot.

TIP Tip: Baked biscuits can be frozen. To reheat, wrap loosely in aluminum foil. Heat in a 375°F. oven for 10 minutes or until hot.
