Decadent Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 375°F. Bake pie crust 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
MELT chocolate chips with butter in small saucepan over low heat. Beat chocolate mixture with sweetened condensed milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pie crust.
BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool at least 1 hour. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream.
