Ingredients
- 1 12-ounce 1 12-ounce 12-ounce jar (1 cup) pineapple preserves
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
- Pineapple chunk (optional)
- Watercress sprig (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine pineapple preserves, whole cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar. Brush over meats or vegetables during the last 15 to 20 minutes of barbecuing. Heat remaining sauce to pass. Garnish with pineapple chunk and watercress sprig, if desired. Makes about 2 1/3 cups sauce.
