Breakfast egg casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon crisp and crushed 3 c of ham can be substituted
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 t dry mustard
  • 3 T butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 6 slices of bread white crust removed

Preparation

Step 1

Place bread in bottom of casserole dish, pour mixture on top. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
* If using bacon, add a touch of sugar and vanilla!
