Cucumber and shrimp salad

Ingredients

  • 3-4 large cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1/2 t accent
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 table water
  • 3/4 c cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lb popcorn Shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Cover cucumber with salt. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Rinse and squeeze cucumbers.
Add shrimp and sauce to cucumber and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
( I used 14 oz of shrimp because that was the size package I found.)
