Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bacardi Limon Rum
- 1 oz Dekuyper Apple Pucker
- 5 Large Mint Leaves
- 3 Lime Wedges
- .5 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- Soda Water
- Mint Sprig
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a mixing glass, muddle mint leaves, 2 lime wedges and Apple Pucker together.
2. Fill glass 2/3 full with ice.
3. Add Bacardi, Simple Syrup and Pineapple Juice
4. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
5. Pour into Collins glass and top with soda water and ice. Stir to mix. Garnish with mint sprig and a lime wedge.
