CINNAMON CREAM SYRUP:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool 5 minutes. Add evaporated milk. Serve warm. Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
