FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs, milk and vanilla in shallow dish. Melt butter in skillet. Soak each slice of bread in egg mixture and sprinkle both sides with cinnamon (if desired). Cook until puffy.
NOTE: Best if sourdough bread is used.
