Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chuck Roast cut up
- 46 Oz V8 Juice
- 1/2 cup minute tapioca (in baking aisle)
- 1/2 cup red wine
- salt and pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 or 2 onions chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- yukon gold potatoes cut up
- baby carrots
- whole mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 325 degrees
combine ingredients in a pot and cover
put in oven for 5-6 hours
