Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast cut up
  • 46 Oz V8 Juice
  • 1/2 cup minute tapioca (in baking aisle)
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 or 2 onions chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • yukon gold potatoes cut up
  • baby carrots
  • whole mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 325 degrees
combine ingredients in a pot and cover
put in oven for 5-6 hours
