Ingredients
- 8 ounces dried apricots, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups flaked sweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup roasted, finely chopped sunflower seeds

Step 1
Mix together everything but the sunflower seeds and form them into small balls and roll in the sunflower seeds. Chill until firm. Makes about 24 balls depending on chosen size.
