• mix:
• 1 pk. yellow cake mix follow directions and put in 9x13 pan
• 2 lbs. ricotta
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla beat 3 mins. with electric mixermarbelize over cake

Bake 375 for 1 hr. cool 7 top with favorite pie filling
