Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • Pastry for single pie crust 9"
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 med apples, peeled, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 c butter, softened
  • Drizzle:
  • 1/2 c caramel topping

Step 1

Roll pastry to fit 12 inch pizza pan; fold under edges to give pizza a bit of a raised crust. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in med bowl. Add peeled, diced apples and toss. Arrange apples in a single layer over the pie crust. For topping: combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and butter in bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples. Bake 35-40 mins. or until apples are tender. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with caramel topping.
