Ingredients
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean sage sausage
- 1-2 sticks butter
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sage and Poultry Season to taste
- Brown Sausage with above ingredients
- Add 3 cans chicken broth
- in a very large bowl, alternate the following a little at a time and toss.
- 1 large package Pepperidge Farm seasoned dry corn bread stuffing
- 1 large package Pepperidge Farm seasoned dry bread stuffing
- 6 to 12 eggs
- Above sausage mixture
- Bake at 350 until hot and brown on top. You can also put in crock pot -- high for 45 minutes, then move to low.
