Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)
- 3 tablespoons olive oi
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- pinch of cayenne
Preparation
Step 1
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, brown sugar and salt, cumin and chili powder, and a pinch of cayenne. Roast cut-side down on a baking sheet in a 425 oven until crisp, 30 minutes, turning once.
