Baked Chicken Nuggets
Set 1, Week 3; Saturday
Serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable of your choice
- 2/3 cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 # chicken breast, cut into thin slices
- 1/3 cup butter
Pour ranch dressing into a bowl.
In a shallow pan mix together bread crumbs, cheese, and garlic salt.
Coat chicken with dressing and then into the bread crumb mixture.
Line cookie sheet with foil and baking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
