Baked Eggs Frittata Style

Instead of frying, bake your eggs in the style of a frittata. Just bake them in a baking dish or oven safe skillet. This is a great alternative if the stovetop is full with other breakfast items.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • Ingredients in eggs; potatoes, veggies, cheese, meats, any leftovers you like

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly spray baking dish or skillet.
3. Chop ingredients you are using and place them in the dish.
4. Whisk the eggs and milk and then pour over the ingredients.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked and serve immediately.
