Butter Tarts

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen prepared tart shells (thawed)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk ( reg or low fat)
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of CInnamon
  • 1/3 cup raisins ( I prefer currants or pecans) Optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk together all ingredients.

2. Pour evenly into tart shells

3. Bake @ 375*F for 18 minutes or until the centre is just set and pastry is golden
