Blueberry Crunch

  • 1 pkg Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 can (5 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • Sweetened whipped ice cream or coffee cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Spread pie filling in bottom of 9" sq pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix and nuts and melted butter (will be crumbly).
Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

May use cherry or peach pie filling.
