Ingredients
- For Glaze:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box lemon pudding
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs (added 1 at a time)
- lemon rind
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, and water. Beat with mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350F for 45-50 mins.
Cool in pan 15 mins. and then remove from pan and cool on rack. When cool glaze with lemon glaze
Lemon glaze: combine powdered sugar with rind from 1 lemon and enough fresh lemon juice to make thick consistency glaze. Pour over top of cake.
