Ingredients
- 2 lb pork spare ribs, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic,
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp corn starch dissolved in water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Brown spare ribs in skillet and season with salt.
Drain.
Pour vinegar over ribs, add chopped garlic and steam 5-10 minutes.
Season with sugar and soy sauce.
Before serving, add thickened cornstarch and serve hot.
