Ingredients
- 2 bottles of full bodied red wine
- 2 ounces (4 tbs.) brandy
- 2 ounces (4 tbs.) Triple Sec, Cointreau or other orange
- liquer
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
- 4 tbs. of pineapple chunks
- Sparking Water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine wine, brandy and liquer in a pitcher. Stir in sugar, then add the fruit. Serve over ice. As you pour each serving, adjust taste with sparkling water.
