Ingredients

  • 1 lb almond paste
  • 1 lb pignoli nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 egg whites, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Cream paste and sugar until smooth. Beat whites until firm. Mix with paste. Shape in small cookies. Roll in pignoli. Bake on a brown paper.

Do not grease cookie sheet!

Oven at 350 about 15 minutes.
