MEATBALL CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 1 c evap milk
  • 1 can cr mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Cheese Swirls
  • 1 1/3 c flour
  • 1/3 c shortening
  • 3 t baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1/3 c evap milk
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Put meatballs into casserole dish.

Sauce
Mix all ingredients, heat and pour over meatballs

Swirls
Combine flour, chili powder, shortening, milk, baking powder, salt and egg. Stir til blended. Knead on floured surface 10 times. Roll out to a 12 in square. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Roll up, cut in 8 slices. Place slices on meatballs. Bake 400 20-25 min
