Ingredients
- 10 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper

Simmer garlic and stock until reduced to about 1/2 cup stock. Add rest of ingredients. Puree.
