  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer garlic and stock until reduced to about 1/2 cup stock. Add rest of ingredients. Puree.
