RAW VEGETABLE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Chop cauliflower, broccoli, green pepper and red onion. Add pimentos. Mix well in bowl.
Combine salad dressing, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables and let set in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
