Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlc powder
- 4 chicken breast halves (2 pounds)
- 1 pound potatoes, cut into small chunks
- 2 carrots, sliced

Step 1
heat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until evenly coated. Empty into large baking or roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until done. Baste halfway through baking time.
